Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital downloads (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or a refund.
How to Request a Return

- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive & inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
